Methyl jasmonate reported from jasmine, 1962
In 1962 the isolation of methyl jasmonate from jasmine was reported.
Two plant-biology reviews date it so, citing Demole and co-workers. Its relative, methyl dihydrojasmonate, is the fresh floral of the teaching white-floral accord.
