HombreOils · rare vintage perfumery for creators, fragrance houses and collectors
Privacy and data
HombreOils collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and meet applicable legal obligations.
The browser stores the quote basket locally. A non-binding quotation request needs only your email address and selected materials and quantities. Delivery details can be agreed later by email; they are not required to request a quote.
Subscribing is optional and separate from requesting a quote. Enter your email and confirm the link we send to receive the current price list, a personal 10% first-order merchandise discount code and future HombreOils updates. We store your subscription status and confirmation record, and use hosting and email providers to deliver these messages. You can unsubscribe using the link in your subscription emails. Only the total number of confirmed, active subscribers is displayed publicly, never their email addresses.
A quotation submission stores the contact details and selected materials needed to answer it and sends a receipt. Trusted providers support secure hosting and transactional email. No payment is collected on this website.
After a paid order is dispatched or delivered, HombreOils may send a private review invitation for the materials in that order. If you choose to submit a rating, comment, display name or photos, the submission is checked before publication. Approved review text, display name and photos may appear publicly on the relevant product page. You can also submit a review directly from any product page using your display name, email, rating and comment. Your email stays private and is used only to manage the review, prevent duplicates and respond to review-related requests. Public submissions are moderated and do not receive a verified-purchase badge.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of personal data, and may object to certain processing. Some order records may need to be retained for tax, accounting or legal requirements.
Access to quotation and order information is restricted and protected using encrypted connections. Payment details are not requested or collected through the current website quotation flow.
