HombreOils collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, process payments, fulfil orders and meet applicable legal obligations.
The browser stores the cart locally. Delivery and contact details are sent only when you continue to secure checkout, where they may be used to calculate shipping and tax, prevent fraud, process payment, fulfil the order and meet legal obligations.
A quotation submission stores the contact details and selected materials needed to answer it and sends a receipt. Trusted providers support secure hosting, transactional email and payment processing.
After a paid order is dispatched or delivered, HombreOils may send a private review invitation for the materials in that order. If you choose to submit a rating, comment, display name or photos, the submission is checked before publication. Approved review text, display name and photos may appear publicly on the relevant product page.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of personal data, and may object to certain processing. Some order records may need to be retained for tax, accounting or legal requirements.
HombreOils never receives or stores complete card details. They are entered on Stripe’s secure hosted payment page. Access to order information is restricted and protected using encrypted connections and verified payment notifications.
